Mental Health Emergency Resources
The health, safety, and well-being of our athletes are our highest priorities.
If an athlete experiences a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, self-harm concerns, threats of harm to others, severe emotional distress, or any other psychiatric emergency, please seek immediate assistance using one of the resources below:
- Call 911 if there is an immediate threat to the athlete’s safety or the safety of others.
- Go to the nearest emergency room or contact your local emergency department.
- Fairfax Inova Emergency Room: 703-776-4001 (request the psychiatrist on call).
- National Suicide & Crisis Lifeline: Call or text 988, or visit the 988 Lifeline website to chat with a trained crisis counselor.
These resources are available to provide immediate support and guidance during a mental health emergency.

Refund policy
Refund policy for clinics is as follows:
- 3+ Weeks Prior: Fully refundable, sometimes minus a small administrative fee (e.g., $20).
- 1 to 2 Weeks Prior: Subject to a 50% refund, or the balance is converted into a club credit for future programs.
- Within 48-72 Hours / Start Day: No refunds or credits are issued.
