Tryouts Requirements

Before stepping onto the court, players must complete a few mandatory steps:

• USAV/CHRVA Membership: You must have a current USA Volleyball/CHRVA membership. Memberships expire annually, and you must bring a printed copy of your membership card to the tryout.
• Medical Release: You must bring a completed and signed USA Volleyball Medical Release Form.
