Club Teams
Season Overview
Our teams are set to compete on a national stage, prioritizing intensive high-performance training, competitive excellence, and the cultivation of advanced skills. Throughout the season, they will participate in premier regional and national tournaments, offering athletes invaluable exposure to elite-level competition. This environment not only pushes them to excel but also fosters growth in a fast-paced and demanding setting. Athletes who join these teams are expected to uphold a strong sense of dedication, maintain an exemplary work ethic, and consistently demonstrate a team-first attitude, all of which are essential for thriving at this level.
Both teams will practice two (2) days a week and have Explosive Performance training once a week.
The focus is to engrain the fundamental volleyball skills and enhance players’ understanding of the game. By immersing athletes in the structure and discipline of competitive play, we aim to foster confidence and create well-rounded individuals ready to advance to higher levels in future seasons. These young athletes will gain valuable experience as they compete in both local and regional tournaments.
